Summary
Bowie is again considering building a new ice rink, which could give local skaters and hockey players a closer place to play. There’s no final plan or cost yet, so it’s mostly a “watch this space” idea for now.

Impact analysis
No price tag has been announced, but a city-backed rink could mean public money upfront and possible revenue later.
Local skaters, hockey players, and families who want a closer rink would get the most obvious upside.
No groups are negatively affected yet—unless the final plan uses public funds or displaces something else.
