Summary
A teacher told the council about three serious incidents near Bowie High since school started — a fight at Chick-fil-A, a library brawl, and a student robbed at gunpoint. She asked for after-school police presence, youth programs, and possibly a minors policy like Wheaton Mall's. The chief detailed the five officers assigned daily to the school area.
