Youth soccer field allocation at Allen Pond Park

A Spring Meadows parent with the DMV Marksman Soccer Club said Bowie kids can't get reliable field time at Allen Pond Park despite repeated requests, while outside-county clubs hold permits. She asked for fall field time, a published priority policy, and a staff point of contact.

A Bowie coach, business owner and Marksman parent praised the club's affordability and youth development, and asked that the club be included in the city's 'legacy' field allocation process with clear criteria.
